Warning: That $200 project management software I bought burned me bad

I dropped $200 on a fancy client portal tool last month thinking it would keep all my client files in one place. Turned out it had zero integration with my calendar and I spent 4 hours manually transferring appointment dates. Anyone else get stuck paying for software that sounded great on the website but fell apart after the first real client?

Man that sucks, I've been burned the same way before. Nothing worse than realizing you dropped cash on something that can't do the basic thing you bought it for.

Yeah but sometimes it's user error not the product itself.
