Cleaned a client's office AC unit in Phoenix last July

Walked into a conference room where the AC hadn't been serviced in 3 years. Filter was basically a solid block of dust and a dead lizard. Anyone else run into biohazard surprises on simple maintenance calls?

Filter was basically a solid block of dust and a dead lizard" - I get that's gross, but I gotta push back on calling it a "biohazard." A dead lizard and some dust isn't really a biohazard, that's just standard disgusting. Biohazard to me means blood, needles, or something that could actually make you sick. I pulled a filter once that had a dried out bird skeleton in it and I didn't even blink. Maybe I'm jaded from IT where I deal with roach-infested computers daily, but a lizard in an AC filter just sounds like Phoenix summer work. What would you actually classify as a real biohazard level find?
