Client changed specs after final approval - who pays?

I just finished a website redesign for a local coffee shop in Portland, they signed off on everything, then came back saying the whole color scheme was wrong. Now they want me to redo 12 pages for free. Is this on me for not reading their mind, or should they pay for the extra work? How do you handle scope creep after sign-off?

Oh man, did you have them sign a change order form before you started the extras? Did your contract have a clause about how many revisions were included before it hit their wallet?

At least you'll never forget to triple check a color palette again, I sure won't after this mess.
