Client from hell rewired his whole house after I left the job site for 10 minutes

Last month I was doing a panel swap in a 1920s house in Portland, had everything laid out and labeled, stepped out to grab a part from the truck. Came back and the guy had already started pulling wires out of the walls because he "wanted to help save time." He didn't label anything and mixed up three circuits, almost killed himself grabbing a live 220 line. Has anyone else had a client try to "help" while you're on the clock, and how do you get them to just back off without starting a fight?

Hate when people try to "correct" you on something you've done a hundred times... @gibson.troy it's like everyone thinks their way is the only way. I've noticed that same thing happens everywhere, even with simple stuff like loading a dishwasher or folding a towel.
