I finally started charging for discovery calls after sitting in a Dayton coffee shop and hearing a plumber say his rate out loud
The guy at the next table quoted $150 just to come look at a job, and I realized I had been doing two hour consults for free all year, so has anyone else had luck putting a hard number on that first call?
