Paid $150 for a 'premium' stock photo pack for a client's website, turned out to be free images off Unsplash

Wasted three hours sorting through blurry garbage before I reverse image searched and found the exact same ones for zero dollars. Anybody else get burned by a service that was just reselling free stuff?

Man that's brutal, $150 for stuff you could've downloaded in five minutes for free. I've had similar luck with "premium" logo templates that were just Canva designs with a filter slapped on.

Used to defend paying for stuff like this until I got burned the same way @black.oliver described.
