Question about the retired painter in Tampa who told me to fire a $4,200 client over a $90 touch-up
He said the money was never the point, it was about whether they respect the process, and I'm torn because half of me thinks he's right and the other half thinks turning down $4,200 over a $90 can of paint is crazy, so which side are you on?
