Scope creep just hit me 6 weeks late, who else got burned?
Met a client for coffee in Austin, she casually dropped a whole new feature list at hour three. Said it was 'just small tweaks' but the quote I gave in April didn't cover any of it. How do you guys draw the line before the project balloons without sounding like a jerk?
