That one client who kept asking for 'small tweaks' finally made me snap yesterday
I had a logo project for a coffee shop in Portland that was supposed to be done in 3 rounds of revisions, but the client kept texting me at 10pm asking to swap fonts and colors. After the 14th round I straight up told them they owed me another $200 for the extra time. Has anyone else had to put their foot down mid-project like that?

Haha, 14 rounds is wild, man. I had a client who wanted "just a little more pop" on a banner, and after the 10th color swap I just said "nope, that's a new project now." Respect for telling them about the extra $200, some people need a hard stop or they'll milk you dry.

Oh man, that "14th round" part really got me. I had a guy once who thought "one more small tweak" meant I'd basically redesign the whole thing from scratch for free. I finally just told him hey, we're way past what we agreed on, and he got all huffy about it. Sometimes you gotta spell it out for people or they'll just keep asking for more.
