Tried a new project management app called FlowGrid with a picky client
I set up a detailed timeline and shared access, thinking it would cut down on their constant check-in calls. They ignored the whole system and called me three times a day anyway to ask for status updates that were already posted. Has anyone found a way to actually get a client to use the tools you set up for them?

Actually, sometimes better tools do help a lot. A picky client might mean your process has a weak spot a new tool could fix. It's not always about the person, sometimes the method needs a change. Just saying "nope" feels like giving up too fast. There's a middle ground where tools and client talks work together.
