Watched a client delete 3 months of work in 10 minutes
Last Thursday in a Zoom call, my client at Brightline Media decided to 'clean up' our shared drive while we were live. She dragged the entire campaign folder into the trash without realizing it, right in front of me. I had backups from Tuesday, so we only lost 2 days of tweaks, but now I run a version check before every call. Anyone else have clients who touch files they don't understand?

That drag to trash move is way more common than people think, and it usually happens because the client has no idea which folders are live vs just old junk. Setting view-only permissions on everything except one drop folder saved me from this exact mess.
