Watched a client's website traffic drop 60% in 3 weeks after they ignored my SEO advice

They wanted to keep using stock photos on every page and refused to fix the broken links I pointed out, and then they blamed me for the tanking numbers, has anyone else had a client sabotage their own project like that?

Heard a marketing podcaster say clients like that are just paying for the excuse later.

Haha yeah they're basically paying you to be the scapegoat later. It's wild how some people would rather be right than get results.
