Counted the clauses in my 2019 vs 2024 vendor contracts and the jump from 6 to 31 pages hit me hard
Six pages in 2019 felt like a handshake, but 31 now means one sentence buried on page 19 could lock me into their lawyers' turf for two years, so has anyone found a clause that sneaks past a quick skim because it sounds harmless?
