Yeah the "bad quality" thing @tessap97 mentioned is real. I used to worry about that too. But letting things drag on forever just kills the whole project vibe, you know? Found out the hard way that a clear deadline, even if it's a bit tight, keeps everyone actually moving.

Honestly that approach can really backfire sometimes. Tbh I've seen hard deadlines create way more problems than they solve, like rushed work and bad quality. Clients start freaking out when dates get close and it just burns everyone out. Ngl a little flexibility in the process often gets you a better result in the end.

Ever read that study about how tight deadlines can actually lower work quality? Makes you wonder if some delays are worth it for a better final product.
