Question about a client contract that auto-renewed for 12 months and I only caught it when the $2,400 invoice hit my inbox
I spent 3 hours reading the fine print after that invoice and found the auto-renew clause buried on page 4 of a 9 page doc with no reminder requirement, so has anyone successfully gotten a client to add a 30 day notice window or kill the auto-renew altogether?
