Question about a "review in 7 days" line buried in a 14 page service contract
Signed a $2,300 HVAC maintenance deal last month and almost missed the part that auto-renews unless I cancel in writing 30 days out. I set a phone reminder for 45 days before and asked them to email me a rewritten clause with a 60 day window instead, and they actually did it. Has anyone gotten a company to just delete the auto-renew part?
