Rant: the landlord's lease in Austin had a 60 day notice rule buried in page 9 and it cost me $1,150
I sat in my car outside the complex on a Friday after getting hit with a fee for moving out with only 30 days notice, because the notice clause was tucked into the maintenance section instead of the termination section where I actually looked, and now I read every page out loud before signing, so has anyone found a faster way to spot these hidden notice rules?
