Hit 50 repeat clients this month and honestly didn't see it coming
I started my cleaning business two years ago just hoping to pay rent, so hitting 50 people who actually call me back feels like a weird milestone for someone who still forgets to bring extra trash bags half the time - anyone else have a number that snuck up on them?

Wait, 50 repeat clients in one month? That's wild for a solo cleaner who forgets trash bags. I've been doing this for three years and just broke 20 last month, and I thought that was a big deal. How do you even keep track of all those people's specific requests, like if someone wants their baseboards wiped down or something specific?

@cora813 I don't actually get 50 repeat clients every month myself. I think you might be mixing me up with someone who posted earlier. I usually get around 10 to 15 repeats in a good month. But to answer your question about keeping track, I use a simple notebook for each client's list and write their special requests on the first page like "check baseboards" or "dust blinds." That way I can flip to it quick before I start.

Notebook system is solid. Simple and works.
