Public libraries abroad are underrated

I always skipped them. Tried one in Lisbon. Got a full day of work done smoothly.

Heard that libraries in Scandinavia are super cozy and free to use. Makes sense why people get so much done there.

Honestly I tried working at one of those fancy Amsterdam library cafes last year and just ended up staring out the window at boats for three hours lmao. The vibe was too nice, like the warm lighting and free coffee made me too chill to focus. My laptop notes from that day just say "canal boat red" like twelve times.
