The coworking space in Lisbon that had no windows

I spent a month in Lisbon last spring working from different spots around the city. Found this highly rated coworking space in a basement with zero natural light. They advertised fast wifi and unlimited espresso which was true. But after three days I started feeling weird and realized I hadn't seen the sun in 72 hours. Took my laptop to a park instead and got way more done. Has anyone else run into coworking spaces that feel more like underground bunkers than actual work environments? I'm curious if this is common in older European buildings.

Yeah I ended up working from a park bench most days too... way better.

Is the espresso supposed to make up for the daylight or was that just a distraction from the fact it's a literal cave?
