Just finished my 50th custom cabinet and the number hit me hard
I was cleaning the shop last night and counted all my project photos. Fifty cabinets, from simple bathroom vanities to a whole kitchen set for a house in Flagstaff. It took me almost four years to get here, starting with that shaky pine box I built in my garage. The thing is, I never set out to hit a number, I just kept fixing my mistakes and buying better tools, like that Porter Cable router that changed everything. Now I look at that first one and cringe, but it got me started. Has anyone else hit a milestone that made you stop and see how far you've come?

Yeah, like @patel.morgan's friend with his car. My buddy hit 100 guitar builds last month.

Man, that reminds me of my buddy who restored his first car. He finally drove it to a show after three years in his garage, and seeing it next to all the shiny finished projects just hit him. He said he almost didn't notice the progress until he saw the whole journey parked in one spot. It's wild how those big numbers make you look back.

Remember hitting 100 sales in my old pottery shop, felt like a different person from the first lumpy mug.
