Plywood sheets vs. osb for shed flooring - I made the wrong pick

Built a 10x12 shed in my backyard near Portland last fall and went with OSB to save about 40 bucks per sheet. After a wet winter the edges are all swollen and crumbly. Should have just paid extra for the plywood from the start. Anyone else regret going cheap on subfloor material?

Tear it out and replace with pressure treated plywood, you will have to sooner or later.

Did you seal the edges before install?
