Had a client call go so well on Tuesday that I wrote down what I did before I forgot it
I opened with the one-liner from my follow-up template asking if the timeline still worked for them, and the guy replied 'perfect timing, we were just about to call you.' What's the first line in your call-opener email that seems to actually get a real answer back?
