Hot take: short pitch emails beat long ones, my 4 line template landed a $3,500 client
Everyone in this swap keeps posting these long pitch templates with 5 paragraphs and a whole story about why they care, and I think thats backwards. I sent a 4 line pitch to a bakery owner here in Tampa last month, just who I am, what I noticed about their site, one idea, and a question, and she replied in 20 minutes and signed a $3,500 project. When I used to send the long ones people either ignored them or asked me to "circle back next quarter," which basically means no. Has anyone else tested a super short version against a longer one and gotten the same result?
