I swapped out a single question in my cold pitch template and my reply rate jumped from 2% to 8% in a month.

I stopped asking 'Are you interested?' and instead wrote 'Does tackling [their specific pain point from their website] align with your Q3 goals?' which made them actually think and respond.

It's wild how often people just need a specific question to actually engage their brain.

Totally! I see this all the time in group chats. Someone will post a vague problem and get crickets, but the second they ask "should I call them or text them," everyone has an opinion. It's like our brains need that little hook to grab onto.
