I thought adding a 'PS' line in my pitch emails was cheesy until I tried it.
For years I wrote my outreach emails super straight, just the main pitch and a sign-off. Last month I read a thread here about adding a quick PS with a specific question. I tried it on 10 emails to potential customers in Austin, asking something like 'PS - saw you launched a new service last quarter, how's that going?'. Got 3 replies back that specifically mentioned the PS line. It made the whole thing feel more like a real chat. Anyone else have a small tweak that actually got people to write back?

Only THREE replies from ten emails is a huge win.
