Just hit 200 replies on my cold email sequence and it blew my mind

I sent out 200 cold emails last month using a template I tweaked from this sub and got 14 replies which is way more than my usual 3-4. What's your best follow-up timing to keep that number from dropping off?

Oh for sure, congrats on that spike! I've had the best luck following up on day 3 and then again on day 7, keeps it fresh without being annoying. Just a quick "bumping this up" or asking if they had a chance to look usually works for me.

Honestly I was always team "follow up next day or forget it" but seeing you and @craig.olivia break it down like that makes total sense. Gonna steal that day 3 and day 7 thing and see if it stops people from ghosting me.

Oh man, totally agree with the day 3 and day 7 thing. I've found that spacing it out like that (and keeping it super short) makes people way more likely to actually reply instead of just deleting it.
