My follow-up email got a 15% reply rate after I changed one thing
For the past year, my standard follow-up email after a pitch was just 'Checking in on this'. I sent about 200 of them and maybe got 5 replies. Last month, I started adding a specific line from their website or social media that showed I actually looked at their work. I sent 40 emails like that and got 6 replies back. It took me an extra five minutes per email, but it made all the difference. Has anyone else found a small tweak that got way more clients to answer?
