Picked a shorter follow-up email over a detailed one, won the deal
I had to choose between sending a client a long recap with every data point or a tight 3 sentence nudge after they went quiet for 5 days. I went with the short one, just asked if they needed one more clarification before we moved forward. They replied in 2 hours and signed off on the project that afternoon. Has anyone else found that less words actually gets faster responses, or was this just luck?

Short and direct always wins. People don't want homework, they want an easy yes.
