Quick win from a follow-up tip I read here last Tuesday
Someone posted about adding a single question to the end of a follow-up email, like 'Any thoughts on this?' instead of just asking to check in. Tried it with three cold pitches to small shops in Portland and got replies from two of them within a day. Has anyone else played with the wording of that last line to see if it changes response rates?

My buddy tried the same trick on a couple of rental listings and got two quick replies back, which never happens for him. He's been using that exact line ever since.
