Those pre-made concrete post anchors I swore were a gimmick saved me a whole day on a job in Tacoma

I had to set 20 fence posts on a rocky property where digging was near impossible, so I tried the Simpson Strong-Tie anchors out of desperation and they held up fine through two wind storms, has anyone else had luck with them on tricky ground?

Yeah those things are legit, I've seen them hold up great on some nasty rocky ground out near Forks.

Buddy of mine used them on a slope in Oregon. No issues so far.

Oregon slopes are pretty forgiving though. Kinda wonder how they'd hold up somewhere with actual freeze-thaw cycles.
