I always turned my nose up at welded wire and pushed folks toward chain link or wood every time, figured it was the cheap way out. Then last month I helped a guy outside Amarillo on a horse pasture job, 300 feet of it, and he showed me how to tension it right with a come along and it came out flat as a board. Any of you run welded wire on big runs like that, or do you still stick with something heavier?
