Hit 50 jars of hot sauce in my basement stash this week

I just counted my fermented hot sauce collection and found exactly 50 jars down there, which surprised me because I thought I only had maybe 30 after giving a bunch away last fall.

dude 50 jars is way too many, most of that is probably gonna go bad or just sit there gathering dust before you ever use it

Had a buddy stock up on pickled eggs once, ended up tossing half of em.

Yeah thats about the point where I start calling it a "problem" too but here we are.
