Undercharged my first graphic design gig in Austin by $200 because I forgot to count revision rounds
Last month I quoted a logo job for $150 flat and then the client asked for 6 revisions over 3 weeks, so now I always add a line for 'up to 2 revisions included' in my price sheet, anyone else forget to cap those changes?

Hey I charged someone $100 for a whole brand identity once and it worked out fine actually. $200 is not that big of a loss in the grand scheme of things considering you learned a lesson from it. Most clients are reasonable people and won't take advantage if you just communicate clearly upfront about what they're getting. The whole revision cap thing feels like overthinking it since you could just send an email saying "hey that's outside the original scope here's an extra fee" and most folks will pay it.

Not to be rude but $200 is $200. That's not nothing lol. 6 revisions on a logo is wild, you definitely need that cap.
