I used to think foam bricks were a gimmick until I built my third arrangement with them in Dallas
I swore they'd just float around and look cheap, but after 2 days of a wedding centerpiece holding its shape in 90 degree heat I'm a total convert. Anyone else have a product they avoided for years before finally giving in?

Oh man, I was exactly the same way with those foam bricks. I finally tried them for a bridal shower table in July here and they saved my sanity. I used them to hold up some heavy orchids and they didn't budge even after five hours of people bumping the table. Now I keep a stash in my car for last minute events.
