Noticed a shift in bouquet requests after that big art show downtown

Before the show, it was all tight, round shapes. Now, for the last two months, I'm getting constant asks for loose, asymmetrical arrangements with lots of negative space and dried elements. It's definitely from those floral installations they had. Anyone else seeing this specific style trend in their custom orders?

...been telling my buddy who owns a shop two blocks over about this same thing. He called me last week because someone came in asking for dried fenugreek stems specifically and he was totally confused. @the_olivia is spot on about stocking more dried stuff, that's exactly what he did after that weird request. He ended up finding a local farmer who sells dried eucalyptus branches and these cool seed pod things from a native plant. His custom order numbers went up like 30% after he started offering that stuff. It's wild how one show can flip the whole local flower scene like that.

So what's the weirdest dried element someone's asked for?
