Our driver's sweet note turned a regular order into something special
We had a repeat customer send flowers to a friend going through a tough time. Tom, who handles deliveries, quietly added a kind note to the arrangement. The friend called today just to say how much it meant, and it really lifted everyone's spirits. It's these small acts that make our shop feel like more than just a job.

Seriously? I get what @cameron956 is saying about a weird note being creepy, but this is totally different. It was flowers for someone having a hard time, not some random pizza. That little bit of human kindness is exactly what the world needs more of.

Sounds like the driver overstepped a bit... what if the friend found the personal note weird or unprofessional from a stranger. Kinda blurs the line between a business and a person.

Remember my buddy got a weird note with his food delivery once. Said it creeped him out so much he switched apps. Just keep it professional, you know?
