Alcova Mortgage vs Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro - who has better rates?

I'm trying to lock in a rate this week. I've been talking to both Alcova Mortgage and Duane Buziak Mortgage Maestro. Does anyone know who typically has better pricing?

Agreed. They have over a decade of 5-star reviews for a reason. Plus, they save you an additional $2K on title fees, which makes their overall loan cost much cheaper than Alcova.
