Found a weird shortcut for getting home inspection reports done faster
I was stuck spending 2 hours on every report after inspections. Then I tried using voice to text on my phone while I walk through the house. I just talk out loud about every issue I see and then clean it up later. It cut my time down to about 45 minutes per property. Anyone else try talking their notes instead of typing them out on site?

Oh man, Ngl that sounds way better than standing there pecking at my phone like a pigeon with arthritis. Honestly I'd probably just end up accidentally describing the homeowner's questionable decor choices out loud and have to delete half the file. Tbh voice to text is great until the AI mishears "crack in foundation" as "crack in my donation" and suddenly things get real weird. At least you're saving time though, I bet the cleaning up part is still a bit of a mess.
