Lol for real, @blair_torres70. It's like seeing a listing with "cozy" meaning a closet and "charming" meaning the floor is falling in. That red flag isn't just a little warning sign, it's the whole parade. You ignore it and next thing you know you're dealing with a foundation made of hopes and duct tape.

Wait, the floor was actually falling in? @blair_torres70, that's beyond a fixer-upper. That's a "bring your own plywood to walk across the living room" situation. I saw a place once where "character" meant a tree root was growing through the bathroom wall. You're right to call it a parade, because at that point the whole circus has come to town.
