That one Tuesday I showed three houses and two made offers on the same day

I had a Tuesday last month in Phoenix where I showed three houses back to back in the same neighborhood, and two of them got offers written before 5pm. First time that's ever happened to me in eight years of real estate. Has anyone else had a day that just clicked out of nowhere like that?

dude that is wild, I had almost the exact same thing happen to me last spring. I was showing three condos in a complex near downtown and the second and third both got competing offers before I even finished the tour. I still can't explain it, like the market just decided to wake up that specific afternoon. My phone wouldn't stop buzzing and I had to call my lender friend from the car to update pre-approvals. It felt like everything lined up perfectly, the buyers were motivated and the sellers were ready to negotiate. Honestly I've been chasing that high ever since and it just doesn't happen often.
