TIL the hard way that your listing photos can make or break a deal
I used to just snap pics with my phone and call it good, but after a client near Phoenix told me the house looked like a cave in the shots, I started paying a photographer $150 per shoot. Now my listings sell 40% faster, has anyone else seen a big jump from pro photos?

Nah those filters just wash everything out, pro photos are totally different.

Wow, $150 seems steep. Did you try the bright filters first?

Bright filters" just reminded me, my cousin tried those once and ended up with a whole new phone plan instead. The $150 might be worth it if it avoids that kind of detour.
