Vent: that one Tuesday where three deals fell apart before lunch

I had a buyer back out over an HOA fee they saw on a Zillow listing, then my seller's agent ghosted me on a counter offer, and the title company called saying the closing was delayed. All that before 11am and I hadn't even had my coffee yet. Has anyone else had a day where everything just snowballed like that?

Show up at 7am thinking you got a solid deal lined up. By 9:30 the buyer's financing fell through because someone forgot to tell the bank about a used car loan. Then the seller decided they wanted to keep the stove and washer after the contract was already signed. I just sat on the tailgate of my truck and stared at the sky for a solid ten minutes wondering if the universe was trying to tell me to go back to bed.
