Watched a client ghost me for 6 weeks then beg me to take a rushed listing

They ignored every follow up then called at 9pm on a Tuesday saying they needed photos done by Friday. Did you ever take that kind of last minute panic job or did you walk away?

Needed photos done by Friday" wow that hits close to home. Had a guy call me at 10pm one night from a bar saying his house was "basically ready" and he needed a drone shot by sunrise. Showed up the next morning and there was a literal goat tied to the front porch. Not even kidding. The goat was just standing there chewing on a plant while his wife was screaming from inside. I still took the job because I'm a sucker for a good story honestly.

The goat thing is amazing. Had a guy once text me at midnight saying he needed photos by 7am the next day because his realtor "forgot to tell him." I showed up and his kitchen sink was full of dirty dishes and a raccoon was just sitting on the counter staring at me. Still took the photos.

A raccoon just chillin on the counter like he pays rent? I mean the dirty dishes are one thing but that's a whole other level of wild.
