Overcharged a client by $200 because I forgot to update my rate sheet

I was sending an invoice to a long time client last week and realized I still had my old $50/hour rate on the sheet. I had raised it to $65/hour three months ago. The client paid the invoice without saying anything, and I felt awful. How do you keep your rate sheet and invoices in sync without missing updates like this?

Why would you feel awful about this? The client clearly agreed to pay the old rate without complaint, so maybe they think you're worth the discount. You're not a charity, and they got a deal they were okay with. If they push back next time just say "rates updated" and move on.
