Told my lawyer friend I'd never use electronic signatures, now I'm a convert
For like 3 years I insisted on printing every contract and scanning it back in. Thought those e-signature services were just a way for companies to charge you monthly for something you could do with a scanner. Finally tried DocuSign last February when a client in Chicago needed a same day turnaround and I couldn't get to a printer. Saved me 4 hours of back and forth and now I use it for everything, even my lease renewal. What made you guys finally switch over to digital signatures if you were stubborn like me?

I mean, I get where you're coming from but I don't think it's that wild honestly. There's something about signing a physical document that just feels more official to me, like it actually means something. I tried using digital signatures once for a rental agreement and the landlord's email got hacked and someone tried to change the payment terms. Total nightmare. So yeah, maybe it's just me but printing and scanning isn't the end of the world if it means you know exactly what you're signing without worrying about technical glitches or security stuff.

Wait, you were printing contracts and scanning them back in for THREE YEARS? That's wild! I feel like I would've lost my mind after the first month of that nonsense. My hand cramps up just thinking about all that paper shuffling. So glad you finally saw the light though, digital signatures are literally a game changer.

Three years of printing and scanning contracts sounds like a minor inconvenience, not the end of the world. Lots of businesses still do things the old-fashioned way and survive just fine.
