I've been freelancing for a few years and my client contracts are starting to get way more complex (landing some enterprise clients, weird IP clauses, etc). I need someone to review and draft some new MSAs. Every lawyer I've talked to just wants to churn through the paperwork and hit me with a bill. Anyone know a good contract lawyer who actually takes the time to understand your specific freelance business?
