That time a client asked for 9 revisions on a single logo
I had a client last year who kept asking for tiny tweaks on a logo. After round 5, I finally told them no more free changes. They said 'but we've always done it this way.' That's when I added a hard limit of 3 revisions in my contract. Has anyone else had to get firm like that with a repeat client?

Karen is right, but some clients actually mean they trust your old process not that they want free work forever.

But we've always done it this way" is code for "we treat you like a doormat." Three revisions max is the only way to go.
